Lea Budge
I began my career in radio in 1974, and spent ten years with commercial radio 4IP – which was later to become Stereo 10.In 1986 I commenced at the fledgling 101 F.M. as a volunteer, and established the morning program “Today’s Woman” (now known as “Morning Magazine”). I represented 101 F.M. in the “Mayoress’ Charity Queen and Community Queen Quest” shortly after that, and in 1992 I applied for the fulltime position of Station Manager – which I currently hold.
