We used to listen to community radio stations when we lived in Sydney as they provided more of the music that we liked.

When we moved to Logan in 1986 we read in the local paper that Logan was forming a radio station and were looking for members so we got involved in the formation of the radio station. We were with the station presenting Easy Listening and 50’s & 60’s Rock & Roll programs until 2002 when we took a two year break.

We couldn’t keep away from the place and the people so we returned in 2004 and love it more than ever at present. I now present Friday’s Easy Listening music. I love the music from the 1930’s to even some present day songs so I love presenting the program.

I also help Bill to look after all the audio for the Dependable Rockers Dance & Car Club every Monday night which keeps me in touch with the Rock & Roll side of things and I suppose keeps me out of trouble.
